Mary Amelia Aleski, of First Street in the Breslau section of Hanover Township, formerly of Plains Township, died Tuesday at her home.

Born in Maple Run, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Kmetz) Kalmanir.

She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Church in Plains Township.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam; and son, Edward.

Surviving are her daughters, Eleanor Reese, Lee Park, Hanover Township; Barbara Chintalla, Breslau, with whom she resided; and Nancy Keating, Texas; sons, Andrew, Wilkes-Barre; John, Pittston; Thomas, Plains Township; and Perry, Clarks Summit; brother, John Krucik, Tampa, Fla.; and Michael Krucik, Pearl River, N.Y.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. today from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Saints Peter & Paul Church.

Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park in Dallas. There will be no calling hours.
