Pansa, Joan C. (nee: Morris), 62, of Mizpah, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point. Born in Philadelphia to Robert and Dorothy Morris of Absecon, she lived in Mizpah for the last 25 years with her loving husband Lou Pansa. Joan loved shopping, camping, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She also loved animals.
Surviving is her husband Lou Pansa, Sr.; four sons: Robert III (Denise) of Millville, Jeff Mick (Michelle), Todd Mick (Lisa), and Rich Parsons (Kim) all of Mays Landing; four stepchildren: Joann (Jerry), Louis Jr. (Eva), Michael (Elaine) and Greta (Rich); two sisters: Alice (Paul) and Patsy (Joe), and one brother Robert (Natalie); 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Viewings will be held Monday evening 7-9 PM and Tuesday morning 10-11 AM at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, where services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday. Burial will be in the Atlantic Co. Veterans Cemetery in Estell Manor.
