Anna died on Monday, 29 September 1913 at 1 o'clock in the morning of a brief but serious illness. She was 36 years, 3 months, and 6 days of age. She is survived by a husband, 5 children, parents, 2 brothers, and 8 sisters.
The funeral will be on Thursday at 8 o'clock from the home of the deceased at 811 Burnham street to SS. Cyril & Methodius church then to St. Adalbert cemetery. The grieving family includes: Stanislaw Kielma, husband; Edward, Roman, Zygmunt, Stanislaw, sons; and Klara, daughter, other family, brothers & sisters.
