Delbert George Finnigan, 52, 2138 S.W. Salmon street, Portland insurance man, died Sunday at St. Vincent's hospital, following a brief illness. Mr. Finnigan was born August 24, 1903, in Portland, son of Mrs. William T. Finnigan and the late Mr. Finnigan. He attended Lincoln high school, Reed college and the University of Oregon, where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.
Since leaving college he has been in the insurance field with Sam H. Cox and associates. He was active for many years in Multnomah Athletic club.
Survivors are the widow, Phyllis, and his mother. Finley's is in charge of funeral arrangements.
