Mrs. G. A. Deakyne

Mrs. Clara Deakyne, widow of George A. Geakyne, died early Thursday morning at the Home for the Incurables in Baltimore, where she had lived through a number of years of invaidism. She was the daughter of the late William and Louisa Moore Horsey, of Denton, and was a resident of Denton until she was forced by failing health to seek the care and comfort of the Home where she died. Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Saturday morning the 24th in Christ Protestant Episcopal Church, Denton, and burial will be in the Denton Cemetery. Mrs. Deakyne leaves no children, her son, L. Stanley Deakyne, veteran of World War I, having died last April.
