Thelma Jean Bibbler, 45, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, TN. She was born August 17, 1967 in Corbin, KY, to the late Murray Duncan and the late Bessie Edith Mullis Duncan.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Roger Lee Duncan, and one sister Janice Sue Duncan.

She is survived by two daughters, Erica Jones (Bradley) of Williamsburg, KY, and Ashley Nicole Fuller and fiance Daniel Jones of Williamsburg, KY. Two sisters Carolyn Cureton of Rockholds and Lavada Ann Douglas of Williamsburg, one brother, Junior Duncan of Rockholds, one grand-daughter, Kaylyn Rosheal Jones of Williamsburg, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel in Corbin, KY, with Pastor Anthony Carter officiating. Following the service she will be laid to rest in the Mossy Gap Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
