CHARLES BISSET JR., 72, of Paramus died yesterday.

He was the son of Charles Bisset and Mary Elizabeth Osborne. He was born in Scotland and came to this country in 1930.

He was manager of the meat department of the Emerson A & P. He was a member of the Hawthorne Gospel Church and its choir. Previously, he had been a member of the Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Paterson.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Freda Roye Bisset; three daughters, Anne at home, Alice Amico, and Nadine Vitro, both of North Plainfield; three brothers, James in Kenya, and John and Peter, both in Maryland, and two grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, with burial in George Washington Memorial Park, both in Paramus. Visiting is tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Donations to the Hawthorne Gospel Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
