Last Rites For Andrew Petersen

Andrew Peter Petersen, son of a pioneer family, Neils and Anna Petersen, was born in New Jersey in 1873 and passed away in his home in Blair May 9th.

He came with his parents to Nebraska at the age of seven and lived on a farm near Blair. February 18, 1912, he was united in marriage to Laura Eisenhardt, and they had one son, Harold, who passed away while an infant. A nephew of Mrs. Petersen came to live with the couple at the age of 11.

Mr. Petersen’s survivors are his widow, a foster son, Armand Thomsen, two sisters, Mrs. P. K. Andersen of Herman and Mrs. Chris Jensen of Omaha; one brother, Niels of San Bernardino, Cal., and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon (Thursday), at 1:30 at the home and 2:30 at First Lutheran Church, with Reverend H. C. Jorgensen officiating. The Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, and burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Last Rites For Andrew Petersen

Andrew Peter Petersen, son of a pioneer family, Neils and Anna Petersen, was born in New Jersey in 1873 and passed away in his home in Blair May 9th.
