Pszyk was born April 28, 1939, and died Friday. He had lived in the Antelope Valley for 50 years.
The Pszyk family owned and operated the Bootlegger Deli for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Jeanie; children, Ronda Pszyk and Steve Pszyk; one granddaughter; brothers, Robert and Richard Pszyk; and stepmother, Darlene Pszyk.
