Loanne was born in Kalamazoo Michigan, the daughter of Conrad K. and Kathryn L.(Ruess) Bos. She was a life long resident of Kalamazoo until she moved to Alburquerque in the early 1990's and lived there until her death. She was preceded in death by her father, Conrad; her sister, Deborah J. Otero and her husband Eloy Otero; and a brother, Jerry L. Bos. Loanne is survived by her husband, Devere Damm; daughter, Amy (Brian) Ziegler; son, Eric Meisling; her brother, Gilbert Bos; her mother, Kathryn; grandchildren, Troy, Ryan, Alex, and Taylor; sister, Bonnie (Augie) Otero; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Redeemer Lutheran Church. Interment will proceed at Fairview Memorial Park.
