"HOT TAMALE KING" -brought his well known Hot Tamale recipe to Louisiana from Mexico.

He was a retired electrician with Ethyl Corporation.
A native of Monterrey, Mexico.
Survived by his wife, two daughters, four sons, two sisters, one brother, 18 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one daughter, Mrs. Irene Valentine; two sons, Ray and Jerry Lee Cantu. He was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church.
