Donna Jo Barker, 28, of Haldeman, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 12, 1984, in Ashland, Ky., a daughter of Buell Barker and the late Mary Smith Barker.
Donna was a member of the Haldeman Church of God. She enjoyed going to church and doing crafts and artwork.
In addition to mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Tony Smith and one sister, Mary Ann Barker.
Survivors include her father, Buell Barker of Haldeman, two brothers, James Barker and Robert Barker both of Morehead, two sisters, Teresa Carpenter of Carter County, and Lisa Soloman of Ashtabula, OH., and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2012, in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home, with Brother Don Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in the Stevens Cemetery in Elliott County.
Visitation is after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Barker, Robert Barker, Ronnie Barker, David Barker, Nathan Carpenter, Jake Fultz, Joseph Wallace and Chris Johnson.
