William E. Landers, known as "W. M." from the abbreviation of his first name, died Monday about 3 a.m. at his home on Lamar Road. He had lived here since 1915, having been born in Russellville, Ala., September 3, 1870.

Funeral service was set for 4 p.m. Tuesday at Brown-Roden Funeral Home, conducted by Judge E. F. Harrell, Baptist layman, with interment in Union Grove Cemetery.
