Frances Katherine (Leach) Warwick, 99, died Feb. 14, 2008, in Brevard County, Fla. Frances was born in Court-right, Ontario, Canada. She became a citizen of the United States in 1955. Frances resided in Detroit and its suburbs for more than 65 before relocation to Melbourne in 2003. Frances was a Registered Nurse but never practiced her chosen profession, opting, instead, to raise her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years: Allan; two children: Norwood Warwick and Linda Bangos; a sister: Margaret Fraser; and a brother: Norwood "BUD" Leach. Frances is survived by her son and his wife: George and Paula Warwick, of Melbourne, Fla; a sister: Marian Simpson of Burlington, Ontario, Canada; a son-in-law; John Bangos, Tarpon Springs, Fla: seven grandchildren: Michelle Scheele (Juan) of Plantation, Fla; Melisa Warwick and James (Jim) Warwick of Aracaju, Brazil; Jason Bangos of Clearwater, Fla; Kevin Bangos of Los Angeles; Kristin White (Eric) of Palm Harbor, Fla; Lisa Bangos of Knight-dale, NC; and five great grandchildren: Juan Carlos, Gabriella and Santiago Scheele; Katelyn and Dylon White. Frances wished to be cremated. A "Celebration of Her Life" will be held at Prince of Peace Church, May 24, 2008. The 1:00 a.m. worship service will be followed by a reception in the church fellowship hall. Interment will be during the summer at Sutherland Cemetery, Mooretown, Ontario. Her ashes will rest next to those of her husband. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Prince of Peace Church, or a charity of your choice or praying that more of us could reflect the light of Jesus as Frances did.
