Lillie Barfield Bess, 86, of Irwinville, Georgia died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Palemon Gaskins Nursing Home.
Interment will be in the Irwinville Cemetery.
Mrs. Bess was born August 5, 1926 in Worth County to the late Green Barfield and Fannie Parrish Barfield.
Mrs. Bess lived in Irwin County most all of her life.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Brantley "Frog" Bess; one son: Kenneth Bess; two grandchildren: Darrell & Jenny Moore; two brothers and one sister.
Interment will be in the Irwinville Cemetery.
