He married Verna Garrett on Sept. 12, 1917 in Montreal, Quebec.
He died in an accident at the age of 25 in Saskatchewan. His body was returned to Merrickville for buriel.
I believe that Albert McKibbon's wife Verna Garrett is buried near her parents in Chesterville in the Maple Ridge Cemetery. She appears to have re-married Mr. J.H.G. Gore.
