BOLD JEANNETTE LENORE, 91, of Telford PA, died October 2nd, 2012. at the Telford Lutheran Home of natural causes. Former Head Librarian of North Penn High School, Jeannette was born on April 11, 1921, in Berwick PA. Parents, Mamie Caroline and John Frederick Deppe. Siblings, Arthur, Mildred, Ada, Ethel, Katheryn, John and William Deppe. On April 20, 1946 she married Charles Valentine Bold. She had one daughter, Karen Elizabeth Bold. Jeannette Bold graduated from Millersville State College in 1943 with a B.S. Degree in Library Science. She served as School Librarian in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and as a Special Librarian in the U.S. Army Quartermaster Research Library in Philadelphia. In 1977, she presented inno-vative techniques she used for cataloging thousands of art slides on the computer at the AECT conference in Miami FL. Jeannette traveled extensively across the U.S. and Europe. Jeannette Bold was survived by brother, William Lee Deppe; daughter, Karen Elizabeth Bold; grandson, Andre Nyce and granddaughter, Elizabeth K. Nyce. Funeral service will take place at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Philadelphia, at 1 P.M., Saturday, November 24th, 2012.
