Edward N. Barry, 6l8, of Spring Garden st., Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Long Branch, died yesterday.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Ethel Z. Riordon of Red Bank and three brothers, Amos H. Barry and Raymond D. Barry of Long Branch and F. Leroy Barry of Augusta, Ga.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Woolley funeral home, Long Branch, with Rev. Paul Friederich, pastor of St. Luke's Methodist church, Long Branch, officiating.

Burial will be in Glenwood cemetery, West Long Branch.
