SHADE - Frank B. Nuzum, 88, of Athens died Saturday, May 25, 2002, at Hickory Creek Nursing Center.
He was born June 18, 1913, in Parkersburg, a son of the late C.W. and Della Matheny Nuzum.
He formerly owned and operated an oil company before working and retiring from Abex. He was a member for more than 50 years and past master of Athens Paramuthia Lodge 25 F & AM, and a member of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 175.
He is survived by two daughters, Billie Jo Schrader and her husband, Charles, of Gahanna, Charleen Lande and her husband, Allen, of Roseville of Minnesota; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Mildred Niggemeyer of Heath; and a special friend, Jeanne Llewelyn of New Marsfield.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen; his second wife, Sophia; one daughter, Frana Priddy; three sisters; and one brother.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens, with William Shepler officiating. Burial will be in Athens Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Masonic services will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
