Louis E. Wooldridge died at his residence at 2209 Date St. in Louisville Kentucky. He was 37 years old. The cause of death was Lobar Pneumonia as a result of Influenza. Dr. E. S. Frey attended him from December 7 to December 13, 1918. The informant was Lula Wooldridge of the residence. Burial was to be in Cave Hill Cemetery on December 14,1918.
