Betty Darleen Lown- - Saginaw, Michigan - Passed away Saturday September 18, 2010 at her home, age 69 years.

Betty was born in Saginaw, Michigan November 4, 1940 the daughter of the late Thayer and Julia (Hebl) Hepinstall.

She worked for Gaertner Flowers for 7 years and Best Western Motel (Formerly the Holiday Inn) for 9 years in the housekeeping department. Betty enjoyed crocheting in her spare time. She devoted a good share of her life to caring for her grandson, Shane, after his parents passed away. In addition to her grandson, Shane, Betty is survived two great-grandsons, Shane II and Brayden; a great-grandaughter, Alecea; four sisters, Sandra Bradburn, June Curtis, Faye Hepinstall and Rose Israel; two brothers, Dale and Thayer Butch Hepinstall. T

The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at W. L. Case & Company, 409 Adams St. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Tuesday from 2:00 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
