Richard O. "Dee" Watson, 73, of Terre Haute died at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 1992, in Baptist Medical Center at Little Rock, Ark. He was employed with Milwaukee Railroad. He was born July 20, 1919 in West Terre Haute to Elmer Watson and Lula Walker Watson. His wife, Gwendolyn L. Watson, died earlier. Survivors include one daughter, Jane Richardson of Jacksonville, Ark.; one sister, Eva Conley of Terre Haute; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mattox-Bedino West Terre Haute Chapel, with the Rev. Carson Spivey officiating. Burial is in Bethesda Cemetery.
