Private family graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hanna Cemetery in rural Noble with Reverend Marvin Leighty officiating. Stasi-Grove Funeral Home was
in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Callahan was born on December 15, 1909, in Northville, South Dakota, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Wilson) McClintock.
Mrs. Callahan is survived by two daughters, Betty Bower and her husband, Glenn, of Olney, and Shirley Mitchell and her husband, Charles, of Noble; and 10 grandchildren,
18 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Marian Hartung, one sister and three brothers.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southeastern Illinois.
