Alfredo, a native of Servilleta, New Mexico and a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico; was predeceased by parents Beatris Ramirez and Dionicio Archuleta; sons: Alfredo Jr., and Juan Ernesto; brothers: Juan, Dennis, Ben, and Jerry; sisters: Luvinia, Carolina, Mene and Julia.

Alfredo was survived by his wife Maria Ofelia Archuleta; daughter Barbara Archuleta-Schwantes (husband Jay), Mark Archuleta (wife LeeAnn); grandchildren: Christina Johnson (husband Jeremy), Jose Marcos Archuleta (fiancée Adrienne Molinar), Ernesto Archuleta (girlfriend Jessica Garcia), and Katelynn Baca; three great-grandchildren: Justice, Trinity and Destiny Johnson; in-laws Leroy and Priscilla Vigil and many family and friends.

Alfredo served in the US Army. He worked with Wholesome Bread Co., American National Insurance, Eberline and St. Vincent's Hospital. He served as a Deacon and member of The Spanish Assembly of God Church.

A visitation was on November 7 at McGee Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service was on November 8 at Christian Life Fellowship. Military burial was in the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
