Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Finley's mortuary for John H. Harris, 53, general construction foreman for Pacific Power & Light company, who died Friday at his home of a heart ailment following a brief illness. Mr. Harris lived at 5566 S.E. Stark street.

Mr. Harris was born near Geneva, N.Y., and came to Portland in 1915. He married Ethel Twidwell, of White Salmon, Wash., in 1922. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreighn Wars and attended First Christian church. Mr. Harris was associated with Pacific Power & Light company for the past 27 years.

Survivors include Mrs. Harris; two daughters, Mrs. Jack Lundgren and Mrs. Gerald Boyd, both of Portland; a sister, Mrs. Dora Sylvester of Hartford, Conn.; one brother, Schuyler Harris of Los Angeles, and four grandchildren.
