From Finn Kin Gal:
I believe her to be the daughter of John Vassall Davis Esq. (1768-1848) and Ann Cutler (1781-1889). The birth info for Caroline Augusta is "born 1812 in Maine." I requested a photo for Caroline Davis. The following message was sent by a very determined and conscientious contributor. There is no card in the cemetery index for Caroline Davis. The chronological list of burials shows she died of "paralysis" at the age of 78 years, 8 months and 20 days on October 24, 1889. She was a resident of Wheaton, Maryland and was buried on October 27 in Section Q, Lot 227. There were several markers in that area that were so worn that none of the inscription could be read anymore.
