My cemetery & headstone photos were taken at the cemeteries by me...not copied from other peoples work on the computer. I have really enjoyed visiting the cemeteries all around...such peace & tranquility, especially in the remote areas. A feeling that maybe angels hovered close by watching over God's sleeping children...awaiting their resurrection. I have also seen some very beautiful country that just amazed me. This has been a very rewarding hobby for me; despite the weeds, briars, bees, dogs & other scarys. I have been accosted by a preacher asking what I'm doing in a {public cemetery} a Park Ranger who was very helpful walked me almost a half mile to a cemetery in the park forest. A helicopter flying over the cemetery {checking if I'm up to no good, stay out of city limits} It left when I did, and a lot of helpful folks giving me directions some right, some wrong. Little d, my partner in cemetery work and I got stuck in the edge of a creek, but my big cherokee chief jeep got us out. we went up bad roads for almost a mile only to reach a dead end no where to turn, back it down. I finally saw places I had heard of my entire life, such as Lonesome Valley, now that's a beautiful little place. I feel like a remote cemetery is the most peaceful place on earth, with the gentle voice of God whispering {Be still and know that I am God.}
