Bio

I am a long-time family historian, researching my direct family lines along with my parents and grandparents who did the same. Errors on FAG made to my family by others who are not my family and who are treating FAG as a "genealogy report" on my family are disheartening. They are posting mistakes sadly. Thanks for your consideration.

My apologies in advance, but for the first time I am disabling messages due to abusive "contributors." I will restore when this is resolved.

Due to copyright infringement and Find A Grave guidelines, I do not copy and paste published obituaries to memorials I create. I will not add obituaries to the bio section of a memorial.

My relatives, living and deceased, are scattered across the U.S. and Europe. Like many, I joined Find A Grave after finding relatives' memorials entered by another volunteer and this is my way of paying it forward.
Please:
▶ Request memorial transfers through the Suggest Edits/Suggest other corrections function.
▶ Do not ask to add a complete obituary to the bio field (copyright violation) or accept a connection to a memorial with unknown sources. Living people are not allowed on FAG either.
▶ Understand that the repeated behavior of declining verifiable suggested edits will be reported. None of us have time for this drama.
Thank you.
