Brothers: Alfred and William Pedrick Asay
Hi Gord, it's nice to meet you. If I'm correct, your Great-Grandfather, William Pedrick Asay b. 1837, is a younger brother of my Great-Great-Grandfather, Alfred Asay b. 1830. I'd be interested to know more about your book that traces the family tree back to France. My Mom, Edith Mae (Asay) (Grissom) Brekke, used to say she was Heinz 57 Sauce, a little bit of everything, including French. Her family told her that Asay was a derivative of D'Arcy, pronounced /dee arr say/ or something like that. Look forward to hearing from you again. Cindy
