|Charles Purvis||Virtual cemeteries|
There is another way to gather your friends and relatives memorials--the virtual cemetery.
I have quite a few virtual cemeteries. My family, wife's family, friends and neighbors, classmates. I even have one for memorials I've transferred to other people, just so I can keep track of them.
Any changes you'd like to make to these memorials can be requested through the edit function. So, even if you run across someone who won't transfer you can hopefully get them to modify the memorial to your liking.

Since you are new, I would suggest that you read the Help with Find a Grave page, especially regarding transfers and who can/should request transfers. There is also a section regarding corrections and additions. I am happy to make the corrections and additions for your husband's aunt's memorial but would prefer to keep the ownership for now because I'm working with the Puget Sound Genealogical Society on this particular cemetery and we need to finish everything before transferring memorials to someone else. I think we'll be done around the end of the year, so if you still want the transfer after reading the rules of the site, please request it after Christmas 2014 using the online form and I'll transfer her to you.
