My parents' interest in genealogy has rubbed off on me! Unfortunately, I have moved to a part of the country far away from where my family once lived. Nevertheless, I have recently travelled to Illinois to photograph and post memorials for some of my relatives there. I hope to find many more relatives' memorials to care for here on Findagrave, and I am also interested in helping get local cemeteries photographed and memorials posted. I welcome contact with information about any of the memorials I manage. |
Families I am related to: Allen, Johnson, Whaley, Salisbury, Galer, Bellows/Belles, Schlitzkus, Clark, Smith, Snider.
Families my husband is related to: Miller/Muller, Lamer, Kugler.

Glad to help and just wanted to make sure you saw the photo of the large marker that is on the second page in case you didn't. Have a good one.

You are very welcome. Sometimes, one picture can solve many mysteries.

GRAVES owns the memorial
she has not processed the location update that I sent to her.
I added the note where I did so at least I would have visibility to the correct grave location while we wait for her to process the SACs.
in the meantime, I am starting to do some photos out there
did about 25 yesterday

Thanks for shooting the pic of the area where McCool used to be, I appreciate it. It's interesting how people want to put burials in it, when it clearly states it was no longer used after 1891; after that all catholic burials were at the 10 acre lot at Mountain View.

Thank you. I actually had a very small hand in the creation of documentary and I'm listed in the credits. The director is a professional colleague of mine. So I'm familiar with the film. Glad to know that it's out there now for the public to enjoy.
