Linda Allen
Whitehead ancestry
Hi, I'm Linda Allen, and Daniel Whitehead was my great-great-grandfather. His son Will was my great-grandfather, and his daughter Esther was my grandmother. So I guess we're related. Do you have any stories or any verification that we have Native American ties? I have traced the Whiteheads/Whitteds all the way back to 1420 England and can't find where the Indian blood entered the family tree. Do you have any information?

RE: Peggy
David: I don't recall it if you did, but every time I get a new thought in my head, it pushes out one or two older ones.

Do you think Peggy is buried there as well?

Peggy
Hi David: Welcome to FindAGrave! Very happy to see you here. I have hooked my gggrandfather Levi C. Whitted up to your entry for Thomas Jr. and severed it from that inactive entry done by someone else. Glad I noticed yours. You may be able to get the FindAGrave folks to remove that old one by sending them an e-mail about it.

You know, I figure that Peggy Lashley Whitted is buried at Mt. Pleasant too. Why don't you enter an "assumed" grave for her like I did for Levi, whose grave is lost, but I know he is buried there within yards of where I grew up in Arkansas.

Kind regards,
Bill
Austin, TX.

RE: Thomas Whitted on find a grave
No I am not, I can not understand how you got my name for his memorial. That is why I asked where he was buried. How did you connect him with me when you created the memorial?
