I love history, especially as it pertains to my family. As a child I loved to hear my grandmother, mother and aunts talk about family and tell family stories. My husband's mother was also interested in historical research and handed down that interest to him. His family dates back to Jamestown, 1610 and mine to the Mayflower/Plymouth landing, 1620 and the early Dutch settlers in New Amsterdam (New York), 1630. Now that both of us are retired, we have time to search out cemeteries and other family history sites. We would be happy to do that for you as well. We are located in central California, so we can easily reach most California destinations.|

Thank you so very much Diane, for making the time to photograph the memorial markers for Peter and Christina Bohl, my twice-great grandparents. This means so much to the family and we appreciate your participation in adding to their story.
Peace and Blessings,

Thanks so much for taking the effort to find her grave site.
It is always sad to find a relative without a marker.
When I win the lottery I will fix this!

Thank you so much for attempting to photograph my grandfather's cemetery marker. Could you give me any additional information than what I received from Find a Grave? Who did you speak with at the cemetery, etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated -- we want to purchase a marker for him now that we know none exists.
Thanks for all your help,
