Streetman
Danny, seems you and I are cousins. Jehu B. Streetman would have been my 3rd great-granduncle. His brother Williamson Rutledge Streetman was my great-great-grandfather. Do you have any info on the Rutledge family? I've been trying to find info on them. And also the Odoms in Madison County, Georgia. Williamson married two Odom girls, Nancy and Mary. One was John Rutledge Streetman's mother, and she died right after he was born 17 December 1827, and then he married her sister. I'm thinking their dad was Isaac Odom, but not sure. David Odom Streetman was John R's half-brother.

John Rutledge Streetman married Elizabeth Jane Clay, daughter of Royal Clay Jr., in Itawamba County, MS September 12, 1849, and they were in Tishomingo County by 1870. Their son, Jasper Joshua Streetman (1862 - 1937) married Marsha Ann Grisham (1864 - 1936), about 1883 in Tishomingo County, and they were my great-grandparents. They lived near Burnsville.

RE: Martha Lucas Merrill
I have her as the daughter of dau of Andrew Lucas of Colrain, but could be off.

What I do know is this:

Joseph' Kingsbury {John", John*, Nathaniel*, Joseph*, Henry'), of Fairfax, Vermont, married Mary, daughter of Jedediah and Martha (Lucas) Merrill. He was a farmer in Fairfax and took the freeman's oath in 1797. He served in the War of 1812, and was engaged in the battle of Plattsburgh. His wife died in Fairfax in 1822, aged 48. He was a Representative to the Legislature from Fairfax in 1830. He died in Fairfax, February 14, 1863. " He was able to be about and quite smart at the age of 90."—Vermont Gazetteer.
