RE: Lillian Fern Carabelli
Hi Mr. Grier. I'm so sorry that I have just found this note from you. I'm learning about my family due to my mother cutting off everyone. My grandmother Loraine or Lillian or Lila divorced Mr. Carabelli and changed her last name to Carabell. She dropped the I. I suspect the two open graves are for my living aunt and uncle. Please publish the photos, if you still have them. I really appreciate all your time and effort! Bettee

RE: Sylvia Carabelli & Suellen
Hmmm...I don't know who James Rogers is' yet!
John Carabelli died in 1980 and Lillian is his mom. Wish I was as good as you are in finding the plot!
Thank you again for all your time.

Robert Grier at Evergreen
Hi, There are 2 Evergreen Cemeteries in Detroit, you have Robert in the small one that stopped burying in the late 1930' is also called Scotch Settlment Cemetery because most of the settler's were Scottish. The other larger Evergreen is on Woodward Ave, there is a phone # listed and you might be able to find out about plot, burials info, etc....DC.

RE: Thomas Arrants Sliger Birth Date
I set my tree so you can now see living people. I think I have the correct Virgil Wyrick as the great nephew of Thomas Arrants Sliger. I have Virgil's father as Victor Lee Wyrick. I am related to the Wyricks a few different ways through the Parkers, Galyons, Johnsons, and others. All this is on my mother's side, Alma Chaney through her mother Arminda Parker.
Thanks so much for sharing.

RE: Thomas Arrants Sliger Birth Date
Yes, I would be very interested in exchanging ancestry info. I will send you an invite to view my tree also. I have quite a bit of info there on both the Wyricks and the Sligers.
I am still trying to figure out how Tom Sliger had a nephew named Wyrick as this was Tom's mother's maiden name. Is Tom your uncle through the Sligers or Griers?
Yes, I would love to have any photos you wish to share.

Hi Robert,
I made the corrections and transferred your uncle's memorial to your care. I am a double cousin to Thomas through the Wyricks. I notice his wife's obit lists Wyricks as survivors but their names were not familiar to me. Can you shed any light on this? Thanks,
Edward Farmer

Hi Robert, Thanks for this headstone photograph.

Would you kindly also add it to the husband, as well?
