|Jim||RE: Moses Smith Cemetery Location|
Just an FYI
This "Byrd", who possibly did serve in the RevWar, is NOT the same "Byrd Smith" who married Rhoda Ingles.

I don't know this Mitchell family. I'm sure someone else provided me with the information about his marriages and the names of children. I took it for granted that the information provided was correct. If the information is not correct concerning his marriage/s I will be happy to remove it. Let me know if I should remove it. Thanks.

I hope that you will proudly become a member of the Roger team, which only means you practice the best ways to "get what you want" and keep everyone as happy as possible. This is a public site and some people don't quite feel that way about it, so you may run into folks who aren't so nice.
It was a pleasure for me also to meet you.
Just a little fine tuning and a suggestion...When you send an edit request, be sure to include all memorial numbers that you are talking about so that the person will not have to search for the memorial. It shows how professional you are (ha!)Only reason I'm saying this is that the edit request you sent to me on your family did not include the memorial number, but I was able to find the memorial without it since we had worked on it together..
Keep it short and be remember the old saying.... "be nice" !!!

I added the newspaper articles I have to William Henry Harrison Crockett's memorial. Tubman Pruitt and his father-in-law drown just off of the south east of Tangier Island light, on their way back from taking oysters to Washington. Tubman's body was recovered in July 1896, and they drown Feb. 1896. William's body still had not been recovered when Tubman's body was found in July (5 months after downing).
Thank you for adding Vincent Brown to find-a-grave! I have linked Arabella to her father :)
I did not mention his father's birthdate. James Kerr's (the Revolutionary War Patriot) birthdate is questionable. The headstone says 1725, although DAR has circa 1737 and others sources, circa 1734. This headstone IS for the James Kerr, proven Rev. War Patriot & my 5th great grandfather. He was married to Jane Robertson and he died in 1812. Also, as this headstone says, he had a son John, who married Elizabeth Hogshead. I have a copy of his will which mentions all his children. It was probated 24 Feb 1812. I hope this helps.

I've made some adjustments to the bio. Much of the information I had was based on information published in a book entitled Bridgeton Since 1794.

Check the memorial and let me know of any changes

I came across these today. Might be some leads to check...
