Bio Photo If you want a memorial transfer, just ask. As long as I'm not related to the person, you will most likely get the transfer.

If you can call ahead and get the plot information and add it to the memorial, or send it to me, that would be incredibly helpful. Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield, CT only allows 3 plot lookups per visit so if I already have the information then I can look for your request much sooner (you don't have to wait in line!)

Thank you!
Denise, thank you for taking the time to photograph this headstone for me. The photo came out beautifully. This will be an important addition to my research and I'm sure my grandmother will appreciate it, too.

My best,

Everything looks fine the way it is! The interment card is quite helpful. I agree that space #2 must contain the two children before 1912 (which is a separate listing). Thank you for taking the time - this one was not as straightforward as it could have been. Thanks again! LG

RE: Moriarty photos for Mt St Benedict
Not a huge issue, but I just wanted to point out what had happened.

I understand that there is a very long list of requests for Mt St Benedict, and it is a difficult cemetery to navigate -- many of the markers are covered over, the plots aren't marked, etc. And I won't normally be there to take photos, as I don't live in CT. It's fine to take all the photos, but, please, just do a quick search of the request list before you post photos, so you don't step on someone's claims. Or, at the least, check with the claimant to see if they mind relinquishing the claim so that you can post your photos.

I have the claims on the two Michael Moriarty's, so can you take the photo off of each of those, and I'll fulfill the claims on those two?

Moriarty photos for Mt St Benedict
I am posting photos in response to photo requests for Mt St Benedict and notice that you posted photos yesterday for some of those requests that I claimed -- please do not post photos for requests that have already been claimed by someone else! Please delete the photos that you posted on the Moriarty memorials for Mt St Benedict (Honora, Michael, etc.)

Thank you.

RE: Grandview
You're very welcome! I added death certificates for Frederick & Maria Sann as well. It's hard to make out, but Fred's mother was Catherine Metzgar. I don't remember seeing headstones for them when I was there photographing Karl Moeller's, who is in the same plot, but I'll double-check. I'm also going to get Rudolph Moeller & wife while I'm there which should complete all of the Moeller's there since I already got Justus & wife yesterday.

Please let me know if you would like any other transfers. I was doing research for one of my high school friends (she's a Schwing by the way and likely a distant relation to you) when I created these memorials for her.

D'Amato - Lattanzio
Just a note to say thank you very much for the very nice photo's of the grave stones for both Filomena Lattanzio - D'Amato (my cousin) & Giovanni D'Amato. Looks like the stones were not cleaned since the 1940's. Thank you for that!
