I was delighted to see that you added a picture of my Uncle Bill to his record! Thank you for that!

Are you connected to the family? How?

Alton Baker (Crown Hill Cemetery)
You are very welcome. I am glad I could help and I hope that the additional data that I added to his memorial was helpful......

Alton Baker (Crown Hill Cemetery)

Sorry for the very late reply on your request. Due to lack of time and so many requests it is hard to complete them all in a timely basis. Also I have been off line for a very, very long time.

Per your request I posted the grave stone photo for Alton Barker. The photo came out dark. I couldn’t get a better photograph. Sorry.

He is laid to rest with his wife May E. Barker.

Theodore Felleisen at Forest Home Cemetery
Hi! Almost no one fulfills photo requests at Forest Home Cemetery because the cemetery staff does not appreciate photographers and they will not supply them with burial plots.

But you can get the burial plot by calling the cemetery at 773-287-0772 or try e-mailing if you cannot talk to someone.

Since there are over 150,000 burials at the cemetery, finding someone's grave without a plot (Section and Lot Number) is nearly impossible. Ace

RE: L. C. Seymour
I take it you're referring to Lizzie Seymour Dougherty. No, not related except distantly by marriage. Her mother's sister's grandson married one of my distant cousins. I do have loads of info. on the family however, because I met someone who is a direct descendant of the grandson and who needed help with his research. If you have any brick walls regarding Lizzie's parents' generation and backward, feel free to contact me again. May I contact you via the email address above? Cheers, Liz

It looks like two different memorials have been made for the same guy with different spellings of the last name. I'll just get a photo and add it to each and someone else can worry about the spelling.

More people on this site worry about numbers more than accuracy and detail. it used to be the other way around.

Could you be talking about Albert H Peirce, not Albert L Pierce? He was buried in 1896.
