Military Headstone
Cheryl: I don't know if other military cemeteries do this, but Ft Bliss has 2 sections of headstones dedicated to military personnel whose bodies are MIA, donated to science or cremated and ashes scattered. You might want to check into getting your Dad a headstone. You would need at least his DD-214 (Discharge document) and proof of his cremation.

RE: Baby Brother Robert
Oh no - our son is alive - only wounded in Iraq. Even though you father was cremated, you can create a memorial for him, too!

Have you been reading my mail? I told him that his family loved him!

Baby Brother Robert
I have a younger brother also born in 1953. Robert was born 3 years after me, so I am going to assume you are close in age to me:) I posted an area view and found a loose flower to put on his grave - didn't know who's grave it was on so I thanked whoever it came from.

You will find this site a great place to find relatives if they have been posted. If you need help, give 'big sister' a shout.
