Born 1962 and currently unemployed due to medical reasons. Have recently become involved with photographing war graves in parts of Ulster for another project.

Happy to take photos for others in the Derry/Londonderry area, and maybe others, depending on distance.

RE: Grier at Bank Burial Ground
Thanks for checking - so glad you found it! My cousin lives in Rosses Point, Co Sligo now so she doesn't get back often.

Thanks so much. BTW there is still a photo needed of the entrance sign to the Bank Burial Ground - if you ever feel so inclined!

Grier at Bank Burial Ground
Thank you so much for my cousins' photos. For some reason Find A Grave did not send me a notice and I never saw the photos until today.

James and my mother both lost their sight in later years and used to exchange cassette tapes across the ocean. We all met in 1964.

Is it permissible to add your photos to our Ancestry tree, with a credit line?

I created the Bank Burial Ground site based on my cousin's description - these are her parents - but she was unsure of the correct name for the cemetery.

I'm adding one of James' brothers.

Thanks, Fay
Baltimore, Maryland

Sean - Thanks much for the tombstone of Andrew Frederick & Harriet Ethna (Orr) Stewart and two of the sons.

I am not sure if the next stone is that of Eileen or not - two Orr sisters married two Stewart brothers and they had lots of children.

Thanks much!

Do you so any research?

Morrison/Haslett graves
Hi Sean,
My husband and I took photos of those Dungiven graves upon a visit there, not knowing who those folks were...hoping that someone would find the info on Find a Grave. My Ancestors are from there. I am a Morrison, but haven't been able to connect to those Morrisons yet. I live in the States, and I'm sorry I can't help you with the Hasletts.

I'm coming back to Londonderry in Sept and will again visit the Dungiven area, trying to get more info on my Morrison/McClelland/Irwin families.

RE: John Doherty # 75569220
Hi Sean. No, I am not sure that John is buried there. I have a photo copy of an original funeral card that says he was buried at the Dungiven New Church Burying-Ground. At this moment I do not recall why I connect that with this cemetery. I assume I made a link between the two, but would need to investigate. If you find otherwise, please let me know. Thank you.

Re: Photos
Hi Sean,

Thank you so much for the photos of the headstone. This helps fill in another space for me also it gives me the dates of death of his grandparents.

Sorry but I haven't a clue what happened Michael.

I would be grateful of any copies of any memorial cards if you know anyone that could oblige.

Thanks again for all your help it is so much appreciated

Kieran
