Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in Marshall County, IN, raised in Kosciusko County and lived most of my adult life in Elkhart County, specifically the town of Goshen. I am a descendant of Jacob Hochstetler, a Swiss amish immigrant of 1738, through his daughter Barbara, who married Christian Stutzman.
I serve on the board of the Jacob Hochstetler Family Association, (JHFA Inc.) headquartered in Goshen, IN. Check out www.hostetler.net for more information or membership.
I have enjoyed visiting cemeteries and photographing grave sites for many years, as well doing proper cleaning and restoration of old markers when needed.

RE: Wm Wyland
His wife that I am looking for is Annaritta Harris. I have her married at least 5 times William Barbay,Issac B. Williams,William Henry Parks (widowed)OHP Hanna(Divorced) William Wyland (widowed?) He proceeded her in death I am assuming because he was not listed as a survivor. I had a copy of her death notice it said Annette Wyland. 27 AUG 1897 Morning News 2 SEP 1897 Grant County News. I am not sure when or where they were married. TIA

RE: Malinda Andrews
I was happy to find it. The base of the stone for James and Miranda reads ANDREW, not ANDREWS. I am noticing other family members also used ANDREW.

RE: Noah Cripe
No problem. I also make mistakes. There are a ton of erros on family search.com They are sometimes submitted without proper checking.

Noah Cripe
I would like to know your source before I approve your edit for Noah Cripe. I used Family search.org which has 2 references that his father was Samuel Cripe (1799) and mother Susannah Mikesell (1804).

Those also show Daniel (1772)as his grandfather and Madalena Miller (1770) as his grandmother. There are many errors on Family Search and I just want to get to right.

Anne:

There is no duplicate spouse name on the above memorial page. I did, however, receive three identical requests from you to remove it, all sent at exactly the same time. Interesting!
