Greetings! I am new to the community, but look forward to contributing what information I have found on various individuals for other researchers and descendants to access. I majored in history at the university and use it as my hobby now. I have only been doing family history for the last four years now, so I am still an amateur researcher. I intend to work on memorials for mainly my own ancestors. If you have any questions or want to collaborate, leave me a message and I will try to get back to you promptly.

Tom Fenton "Doc" Dean
Hi - I am the President of the Franklin County Missouri Historical Society. I was speaking with one of our original board members yesterday and he mentioned seeing Doc Dean's medicine show many times in the 1920s in Union, Missouri. Wondering if there are any photos of Doc Dean during this period of time? Any clues would be wonderful as I would like to preserve this history for the Society so those who follow behind understand what times were like through the history of the community. Thanks in advance for any clues you can provide. Roberta Grissum, President of Franklin County Missouri Historical Society.

RE: Thank you for the photo
Wow. That's great. I was thinking about taking a brush and some water to try to clean it up. It was buried and I didn't have anything with me. I'll let you know if I do. The temps here have dropped to the twenties so it may be awhile.

Henry Dean family in Madison County, IL
Hi,
In reference to your question, I am not directly related to the Dean family. I like researching Edwardsville, IL history & found where the family was buried. Thought it would be nice to post the info on FindAGrave for the descendants to find.
I would be more than happy to add information/documents....or I can transfer the memorials to you, either way. Let me know - I'm happy to transfer them.
Tammy
