|Clay||RE: George and Edith Baum|
You are welcome. I took the marker photos this morning and will post them later today (after I edit the 70 odd photos I also took).
George and Edith are buried in a very nice section in the middle of the cemetery. I will also post an area photo looking North from their graves at the bottom of the photo.

BJC, No I do not know any info on this individual. I entered his name from the "Fulton County Book of Cemetery Inscriptions." Sorry I could not be of any help. Have a good one.

I am sorry my dear, it has been too long ago, but I could have gotten the information from somewhere back in the Bowers research. Sorry.

I am going to the library today and will send you the obits later in the afternoon.

Hi, I noticed you requested photos of the headstones. I did not claim the request but, I was wondering if you need their obituaries? I can look them up at no charge. Just let me know.

You are welcome, and yes I did, and yes I will be.

Thank you for your kind thoughts and looking forward to giving you positive news in the near future.

No, I have not found the resting place yet for Edward Fay Haddix.
Edward Fay Haddix, Born February 9, 1907 Merna, Custer, Nebraska. Died February 11, 1970.
Sorry to hear that about ancestry.com but that doesn't affect my due diligence.
I used familysearch.com and he's correctly identified in our family tree due to the fact that he's my Grandfather's youngest brother and I'm the one who's the data entry person and researcher.
There was another brother, Phillip, who was born after Edward Fay (1908), but he perished as an infant.
Regardless, I have been in contact with Central City, Nebraska and they have conducted extensive research for me in determining that he did not have funeral arrangements there as expected.
The search continues.

Thank you for your comments and inquiry. I have recorded and documented all marked graves in the older part of The Stand where William Nicks, Sr. is buried. His wife Sarah "Sally" does not have a marked grave there. She could be buried there but I have not found any documented sources stating such. I checked the cemetery books for Hickman County and cannot find her listed in any cemetery. The area where William is buried does not have many remaining stones. I do have that they married on Dec. 31, 1810. I have her born abt. 1791 in my information. I regret I do not have any information that will be helpful to you.

Your right about a record showing that, but it gives no details. Not sure who to contact unless it might be the cemetery or contact this number and they might know who has the records for the cemetery. It a funeral home in Trumbull county that's been helpful to me in the past and will probably give you the name of the sexton for the cemetery.
