In 1998 my Grandmother passed away but in the two years prior she gave me her notes of her research on family members on a hand written piece of paper. I kept that paper close and in 2009 I started adding the information together and continuing the search where she left off. It's very interesting seeing pictures and finding family member I never knew about. I continue my search hoping one day to pass it along to my son and grandchildren hoping they too continue to search and keep records for generations to come.|
Most of these memorials are based on personal research and other information would of been taken from grave markers or obituaries that I've discovered over the years. I cannot guarantee the accuracy of all these memorials, but believe most of them to be correct.
I would be glad to make memorial transfers upon request that is if related. Would very much like to hear from you and should you have any additional information and if there are any corrections to be made, please let me know.

I have a letter written by Grace to my Mother (Irma Lee Mangrum Butts), She was asking about tree info and mentioned something about the Rattlesnake Roundup. I would love for you to have it for your grandson. Addie Brewton Butts was my grandmother. I was adopted by Irma Lee and H. P. Butts after my mother died. She was a sister to Irma Lee. I have Butts, Mangrum and Evans buried in Brewton Cemetery. Would love to talk to you Joann

Your Mama did a great job - I may have some info that will be helpful. Addie Brewton Butts was my Grandmother by adoption. My adoptive parents were Henry Prather and Irma Lee Butts. I have other relatives in Brewton Cemetery. Would love to talk to you - I have wet Macular Degeneration and am unable to add info. If talking isn't possible - I can give you my Family Tree info to search at Ancestry. Joann

|Sabrina K. Combs||William Bentley McGuire|
I see that you also took a photo of William Bentley McGuire, but I also see that the memorial has the wrong name. The dates fit for the memorial of William, but the name on the marker is Lillian B. I think the person who created the memorial must have misread the marker and put the wrong name. I'll contact the person who created the memorial and see about getting a correction done. Thanks for your help! Without the photo, we wouldn't know there was a problem!
|Sabrina K. Combs||Oscar C. McGuire Grave|
Thank you so much for getting the photo of Oscar McGuire's grave and uploading it to Find-a-Grave. I really appreciate your time and effort in doing so. :-) I hope you don't mind, but I cropped out the name section and re-uploaded it to make it easier to read. When I did so, I added your name and Find A Grave I.d. number to it in the note section. Let me know if you object to my doing this, and I'll remove the photo. Once again, thank you for your time and effort.

Wayne, Thank you for the detailed family information of Ramona L. Moulton Ritchie. Hopefully, it will assist me in finding later generation of my distant cousins.
Thanks too for educating me with regards to your area and its socioeconomic impact.
Hi Wayne, Thank you for handling my request for the photos of the Clark headstones. I greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Maggie

Thank you so much for the marker photo. Given that the marker is unengraved, I presume it was identified from cemetery records? If you could confirm that, I would appreciate it as I would like to note that in my family tree.
May I have your permission to use the photograph in my ancestry.com family tree?
|Jeanie Ritchie-Blaski||Ramona Moulton Ritchie|
Thanks so very much for fulfilling my photo request and verifying that Ramona's husband is not there beside her. I was really hoping that he would be, but I do appreciate your checking.
I've never seen that style of headstone here in WA state or in KY. Is this style common to Georgia, the Moulton family or ???
Again thank you for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated!!!
