bruner family
Just recently came across this site. Happened to see the names of my cousins with whom I have lost contact with. Carolyn and Steve Senn. Mary and Freeman Custard were my Grandparents. Sarah Custard/Donovan is my mothers name. I have alot of good memories of my time spent in Bartlett. Always thought it was so nice that Grandma and her sister Doris were next door neighbors. I still try to get back to Bartlett every so often. Dan

RE: 6 Generations later
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers! It was a blessing that he went to be with the Lord, he had been dealing with stroke-induced dementia for several years prior and really hadn't been Grandpa Bailey for a long time. He never wanted to be dependent on people the way he had to be for so many years.

We are very lucky, my wife and I were able to buy a home 2 doors down from my Grandmother and Mom and my twin sister/family live within a mile of us as well - so we can keep a close eye on her - or her on us.... we're not quite sure :) Grandma is very active still.

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I live in Puyallup (sounds like Pew-al-up)! It is a small world!

Yes, I'm Franklin Wooster Bruner's line, his daughter Cora Bruner married Rollin Edward Bailey - they had two sons - Edward my Grandfather, and Byron (who was a football star in the 50's and 60's). This family moved to Washington State in the early 1940s and stayed in the Seattle area, with exception of my Uncle Bys Family - who immigrated to Canada when he was drafted by the Canadian football team - The BC Lions. I have quite a bit of Bruner stuff that my Grandfather had, including letters, photos, news articles, and books. Some day I would love to visit Nebraska and see some of the family places as well as Pennsylvania. I have an Ancestry.com account which has many photos - let me know and I'll add you to view the tree :)

I'm sure we're related!
