Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for about 25 years on my family. I got my wife interested about five years ago and she is also hooked on it. I started with literately no information on my family. I did not even know who my grandparents were or if my father had any brothers and sisters. Over the last 25 years I have accumulated over 1,300 names in my family tree.

I am retired and have some spare time to take pictures in my county of Jackson County, Georgia.

Thank you so much for your efforts in trying to locate the markers. I will double check with relatives because of the inscriptions mentioned on two of them. I deeply appreciate your time and search. Sincerely, Susan

Hi Jim,
Mary Ann and I have been friends for several years and she just told me today ya'll are Find A Grave volunteers too. That was great news as I hate or won't go to some of the cemeteries alone. I look forward to workng with ya'll on some hard to find graves. I added you as friend when I noticed your message about the Lyle-Guffin Cemetery as she also did memorials of Sell Cemetery that I am addig photos to now. If I can ever assist with a big project let me know. Patsy

Thanks Jim! Did you happen to get an address or GPS coordinates while you were there? I'd be glad to edit the cemetery info if so.

RE: CT & Georgia Borders Nash
Thanks Jim for your note. As there is no inscription for Georgia, one would assume she's buried elsewhere, although all my research confirms C. T. (Charles) is her husband, buried at Grey Hill. There is an infant(I assume) son Charles Nash also buried in the same cemetery (# 118796012, dates unclear-no photo of marker) with inscription "Son of C.T. & G.M. Nash". If he's not in the family plot, Georgia may be buried next to him. In the 1900 census, it states she was mother of 6, with 2 living. The only other child I've found is her dau Rosa A Murdock with whom she was living at time of her death. The other children listed were: Addie J, Nannie L, Lula L, and Garebold. {I'm related thru her maiden name family "Borders"; thanks so much for all you've done.}
