|I grew up in Kansas but now live in Tennessee. I am interested in genealogy and am happy to help others in their search for family. If I can be of help to you, please ask. Family names that I am searching are: Corcoran, Stapleton, Morrow, Murray, Staten.|

If someone has a connection to the deceased, I'd like for them to have the opportunity to manage the memorial page. Would you like me to transfer this memorial (after I make the changes).
I simply have this memorial because I have extensively photographed Valley View.
Also, is Kathryn his spouse? If you like, I can link them, and transfer both to you.

Welcome to Find A Grave! Thank you for your note regarding duplicate memorials. The memorial for Anna that I posted has been deleted. My interest in Find A Grave is that family find family graves. My mission in this case has been fulfilled.
You might be interested in adding a Plot No to the memorial that you posted. Anna's plot number is:
8-53-2 This section is somewhat in the center of the cemetery, fairly close to the carillon tower shown in Sunset Cemetery page. But you know that, you have taken a photo.
There seem to be many Harris family buried in Sunset. I have recently updated some Harris memorials intermarried with the Thackrey family. There is a Manhattan street Harris Ave and another Thackery (sp. as the street) that honor these families as they owned the property when it was developed. Was curious as to how Warren and Anna might be related to them, but did not find anything to answer the question.
Again, Welcome and Enjoy Find A Grave, zadalew

|Barbara Pendleton||Elma has been transferred to you|
I knew several of Elma's children very well. Bessie Lunger was my grandmother's sister and best friend. Bessie was really my father's aunt but we all called her "Aunt Bessie." She was an impeccable housekeeper-- cleaned her kitchen before she went to the hospital on the day she died-- and she always made popcorn and fudge for us when we came to visit. Beatrice Pine lived in Manhattan Kansas and she often invited my brother over for dinner when he ws attending K-State. Do you know about Baby Helen? She was only a toddler when she died and my grandmother always put flowers on her grave over Memorial Day.
