Thank you so much for adding information to the memorial. Is this a family member of yours? I would be glad to transfer if that is something you would like.

RE: SUTHERLAND family at Dunkerley Congregational Cemetery

i need your e-mail to send you high reslution pictures to you; i've got to trim them from my cd, then will be able to send you

there might be others inscriptions, but as the time makes the graves harder to read because of ersion, some of them are harder to read, or might be vandalised, this might explain why some of them are missing

however there are other Sutherland in this cemetery

is there any link with Donald Sutherland, the actor? i know he owns a cottage nearby where i live

Hi Ghee, Such a neat name!
At any rate, I am transcribing old records of WA state that are available online via I came across a record for a McKenzie boy B. Sept 9, 1899--B. here in town. The kid was born alive and legitimate. Mom Elizabeth was 34 in 1899 and had given birth to 5 kids so far. She was B. in Canada.

Dad was Angus McKenzie, is 55 at the time, worked as a Contractor and was B. in Nova Scottia.

Maybe you already have this boy or not, but at any rate I remembered the last name and thought maybe it would fill in a blank or two. Sue

I was able to grab a few minutes this morning and have already transferred your Great Grandparents to you. Please use the edit tab on each of the other memorials to send any updates. Thank you

Greenwood Cemetery
Hunters Washington- Armillie Allison & J.S McLean. I will be making a transfer of your Great Grandparents as they are within the mandatory transfer rules of Findagrave. I will be retaining management of the other out of guidelines memorials. Please feel free to send SAC via the edit tab on the memorials. I also really suggest that you read the FAQ section of Find A Grave to find out about transfers, updates, etc. It may save you a lot of time, energy and frustration. The FAQ contain the site rules. It will be this weekend before I can get to your transfer request. Please be patient as I work full time and have company visiting at this time. Again I quickly and happily do all updates sent to me.

RE: McKenzie
Hi Ghee, Please check out Robert & Elizabeth McKenzie and let me know if they are yours and if you want me to transfer to you.
Also, click on photos for captions.
So, Robert & Angus were brothers? Is that right?
I can not find any more info on Elizabeth anywhere. Sue

RE: Bell Family Cemetery Harlowe Creek
I tried to send to the email you gave me and it was returned.

Ghee, I have received all of your messages, I have been trying to figure out how to respond.
Here goes. First, I am from Carteret County, but I now live about 400 miles away.
After intense study, I have decided the following
The site you mention is not on any records I can find noted as a cemetery. This site is in Craven County about a hundred yards from the Carteret County border.
It has to there because someone took the picture.
The location mentioned turn left off Hwy 101 and the site is just past
1707 on the left behind house. Tells me that this site is to the left side and slightly behind the hose at 1707 Adams Creek Road.
As someone has already taken a pictue I will if needed establish a cemetery there and enter these names, plus the husband of one.
I believe we can get hold of Henry Davis and ask about this site but it may take awhile.
Also I believe it may be the Taylor Family Cemetery.
Just let me know if this would help.

Jamie Lorenzen
He is buried in North Dakota, that's why I'm wondering if they divorced or what the deal was. Just wondered if you found out more when you went to take pictures.

Thanks a ton!!!
