I am actively seeking markers for my family in and around the Blair and Cambria county (PA) area. Thanks to the Find a Grave community I was able to see the gravesite for a relative who passed in CA. In fact my request for a photo was answered in under two days! The joy has inspired a desire in me to capture photographs for some of the cemeteries near me and allow someone else the same opportunity for that sense of closeness. I would encourage you in return to pay it forward to put this same smile on someone else's face!|
That said, if I have created a listing for one of your relatives and I am not closely related, I will gladly transfer control of that entry to you. It is my honor to have visited with your family member and create a listing or take a photo.
If I have made an error in my entries, my most sincere apologies. I am happy to make corrections or remove entries in response to kind requests.
If I contacted you about a duplicate, please don't be angry. I know it's frustrating if you feel time creating an entry is lost (I've had to delete a few of mine after I spotted older records with slight misspellings that prevented them from coming up on my initial searches). I'm just trying to help clean things up for everyone.

Thanks for bringing this up and the link to their photo. Based on birth year alone (1819), this Peter could not be the child of Francis (1848) & Margaret (1852). I did some checking and found that this Peter is the father of Francis (not his son). He did name his son after his father, but the Peter shown in the photo was born in 1877. I also requested that Francis be linked to his father Peter.

Thank you once again for your headstone picture contributions for Maria and Jose Flores at Saint Anthony's Cemetery. They are my grandparents. I truly was not expecting these pictures, but am so very grateful for them, thanks to you!
