Bio Photo My father & I are researching our family history. As we began collecting information we starting walking cemeteries to find family members.
We learned LOTS about our family & our community.
Then we came across a wonderful resource (FAG:Find A Grave) After learning about FAG we were "hooked."
I realized the information on this site was invaluable to me (and saved me from hours of walking)
Now I'm walking cemeteries again but this time it's to help others find their loved ones.
I'm happy to fulfill a request in my down time. It's actually very rewarding to "find" someone you are looking for. It's even better when it helps you find a hidden piece of information to continue your family tree completion.

I am happy & thrilled to do this for you.
All I ask in return is one of two things.
Either make a donation to the cemetery your loved one is at (this helps take care of the monuments) or donate your time by fulfilling photo requests in your area.

CC, thanks very much for taking the time to photograph this headstone in the Ocoee Cemetery in Polk County, Tennessee. I have included it in a book I am writing on the Cameron Family Descendants and you will get due acknowledgement for your contribution.

Thanks again and Good Hunting to You!

Hello, I created the memorial but did not add the pictures and can't remove them. You will have to write the person who posted them and ask them to remove them. I'm sure your pictures will make a prettier memorial.

Thank you so much for taking a picture of my great grandfather's tombstone, who served in the civil war. My grandfather, Harry Richard Taylor, served in WWI and is also buried at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Thanks again so much for your speedy response. Patti Hanaghan 2013
